90 Day Fiancé: Quarantine Spreading False Anti-Hair information during COVID-19 Pandemic
The popular TLC reality show regurgitated a disproven anti-hair theory which claims hair is a vector for viruses.
Like any other red blooded American woman during quarantine I am glued to my tv screen for inordinate amounts of time some days. My favorite guilty pleasure has to the “90 Day Fiancé” franchise which has very recently also added a quarantine special to show us what our favorite cast members are up to during quarantine. I was distraught to find that my fellow long haired sister and strong woman who dint need no man, Darcey Silva was the latest victim of the scare tactic used by left wing media to scare normal, beautiful women into whiney liberal short haired mentally ill “women” celebrated by the fake news media. In the aforementioned scene Darcey and her equally long haired twin Stacey regurgitate the oft repeated antidote that long hair is a vector for corona virus. They then proceed to remove (unprofessionally I might add) 30 inches of beautiful hair that some Russian child got paid a quarter for so they could eat for the day. First of all it’s sacrilege to remove extensions by oneself as it will cause further damage. Second it send across a disproven message that we should fear our long hair and view it as dirty and diseased, therefore removing it. Why exploit a third world child by transferring her hair to yours and then not even fully enjoy and embrace and respect it? Now there’s four sad short haired women in the world with no way to rectify the problem. I guess it’s a good thing they won’t be seen in public anytime soon. Hopefully quarantine does last for the next 18 months for my sake and for all other long hair lovers with sensitive stomachs.
